Mission
Our mission is to provide high quality services to participants in an effort to improve their overall quality of life, the local community we serve, and help people continuously seek growth and self-improvement on a daily basis.

We are committed to developing new best practices in the service provision industry and increase participants' independence in life.
We are committed to developing a workforce of direct support professionals that are able to provide services across multiple areas in a professional manner.

We are committed to ensuring the health, safety, and satisfaction needs of participants we serve in our programs.

Lastly, we are committed to providing information for growth in the field to set a high standard for a new normal in the health and human services field.
Vision
Due to our commitment to improving the overall quality of life for all people associated with our agency, staff and residents alike, T.H.R.I.V.E is also committed to becoming the best and largest service provider in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We believe that doing things the Thrive Way will result in a major, positive change and improved outcomes for individuals receiving human services in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

We recognize this goal to be large, however, in our exploration and expansion in the service provision field, we will continue to emphasize quality of services provided and ensure our agency's capacity to support expanding services and providing additional services in more areas beforehand.

Each of our founders values uplifting people and have deeply embedded that principle throughout the agency's fabric. THRIVE's mission is a reflection of the founders' individual commitment to uplifting people in the community. We believe that helping people THRIVE everyday is a small contribution to bettering our local community. Our mission is a sacred principle in our agency that helps direct and guide our goals and objectives as an agency, but, most importantly, it creates a sense of growth and improvement in the services we provide. Thrive is not just a name, THRIVE is a way of life that we feel everyone should be able to experience in their daily lives.
